The right-back Gary Neville will miss England's last friendly match against the Jamaican national team on Saturday due to a minor calf problem.

"Gary hasn't trained with us, so he will only return to the squad on Monday," said national team coach Sven-Goran Eriksson at a press conference. "But it's just a precaution, he has a small issue with one leg, but there is no need to worry. He will be ready on Monday. The problem is temporary, physiotherapists and doctors are confident that in four days he will be completely healthy."

Gary Neville suffered an injury during the second half of the match against Hungary, which England won 3-1. He was replaced by Jamie Carragher, who hopes to take the field against Jamaica. It is believed that S.G. Eriksson has no plans to make any changes in the right-back position, and in case of similar problems, J. Carragher or Owen Hargreaves could fill that spot.

England's national team will face Paraguay in Group B of the World Cup on June 10. The group will also include matches against Trinidad and Tobago and the Swedish national team.
