Great news reached all football fans on Friday evening. The Danish Football Federation announced that Christian Eriksen has finally been released from the hospital after surgery. He had a defibrillator successfully implanted next to his heart, which will help monitor the Danish player's heart rhythm and activity. The Danish Football Federation expressed the following message: "Christian Eriksen underwent a successful operation, and today he was discharged from Rigshohospitalet hospital." Meanwhile, Christian Eriksen's message sounds like this: "Thank you for an incredibly huge number of support messages - it was unbelievable to feel and see. The operation was successful, and I feel good considering the circumstances. It was great to see my teammates after yesterday's excellent match. Probably needless to say, I will support them against Russia." These are truly good news for all football fans who were shocked after the incident when Christian Eriksen collapsed unconscious on the field during the Denmark-Finland match.
