“Tottenham” club legend Harry Kane wants to continue representing this club.
“The Athletic” journalist David Ornstein revealed on Monday morning that the 29-year-old forward is ready to start negotiations for a new contract. This information was confirmed by other club journalists - Alasdair Gold, Dan Kilpatrick.
The current English contract expires in 2024.
However, at the moment, there is a lot of uncertainty within Tottenham itself - Antonio Conte's contract ends this year, although there is a possibility to extend it for another year from the club's side.
Meanwhile, the club's sporting director Fabio Paratici has received a 2.5-year ban from participating in football matters. For now, this ban only applies to Italy, but everything can quickly change.
H. Kane is only two goals away from becoming Tottenham's all-time top scorer.
According to journalist A. Gold, the forward wants to create success specifically in this London club.
