Arsenal's new signing Henrikh Mkhitaryan did not hide his excitement about joining the club as part of Alexis Sanchez's transfer deal.
"I am very happy that we finally finished negotiations and I am thrilled to be here. My dream has come true, as I have always wanted to play for Arsenal. Now I am here and I will give everything to help the team create history," the defender said.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger also had words of praise for Mkhitaryan: "Henrikh is a perfect player. He can create opportunities, defend well, and is always ready to fight."
"I wanted to wish Mkhitaryan success and happiness, which I have no doubt he will achieve. We Armenians do not forget him, especially considering his contribution to the triumph in the Europa League tournament last year," said Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho.
