Heung-min Son himself dispelled all doubts about his participation in the World Cup.
South Korea's leader confirmed his participation on the Instagram platform.
"Playing for your country in the World Cup is a dream of many growing children, as well as mine. I couldn't miss it for anything.
"I can't wait to represent my fantastic country, we'll see each other soon," wrote H. Son.
The 30-year-old forward suffered a cheekbone fracture in a Champions League match against Marseille and has been unable to help the Tottenham team since then.
