Heung-min Son suffered a painful injury this week, but South Korea's leader did not like the worst scenario.
"The Telegraph" journalist Sam Wallace reports that H. Son will be able to play in the World Cup, which starts on November 20.
The forward's South Korea will play their first match on November 24 against the Uruguay national team.
H. Son himself suffered multiple fractures in the cheekbone area during Tuesday's Champions League match, which led to surgery on Friday.
However, at the World Cup in Qatar, South Korea's leader will likely have to play with a protective mask.
