Former "Barcelona" striker Hristo Stoichkov joked that Cristiano Ronaldo will surpass Antoine Griezmann and Gareth Bale in the race for the world's best footballer title because he looks good.
All three stars shone brightly during the season, but only the lone Portuguese player failed to impress at the "EURO 2016" tournament, scoring only two goals against Hungary.
In comparison, both his team mate from Wales and the "Atletico" Madrid striker from France lead their national teams forward in these competitions.
"Griezmann blows everyone away and demonstrates fantastic football, but he will probably give it (the "Ballon d'Or" - ed. note) back to Cristiano Ronaldo again, because he is charming," - Stoichkov told "Cadena Ser".
However, the Bulgarian added that Bale also has a chance if he reaches the final of the European Championship with his national team.
"(Bale has a chance to win - ed. note) if Wales reaches the final," - said Stoichkov.
Wales will face Portugal in the semifinals of the tournament today.
