“Man City” team's shining attacking midfielder Kevin De Bruyne has achieved an exceptional milestone.
After last week's “Premier” league match against “Southampton” (4:1), it became clear that the Belgian has already accumulated a hundred goal assists to his name.
Thus, the Belgian climbed even higher in the rankings of the top achievements and is aiming to surpass Frank Lampard and Wayne Rooney in the near future. The second on the list is midfielder Cesc Fabregas, whom K. De Bryune spoke about after the match.
“Before the game, people were talking about a possible achievement of mine. I definitely couldn't ignore that.
I tried to create as many scoring opportunities as possible and that's how I managed to record numerous goal assists.
Of course, I am proud. I am known for my creativity, and there are not many players like me in football.
I'm not trying to compare myself. C. Fabregas is a wonderful footballer, but I don't want to look at other players. I try to demonstrate all my abilities,” the Belgian assured.
