"Manchester City” manager Pep Guardiola does not promise to leave the ship, even if it sinks.

The Catalan, who signed a new contract with "Man City,” was asked during a press conference whether he would stay at the current club in any case.

The team manager stated: "I said this six months ago, I said it a year ago when clubs accused us of doing something illegal: if we are thrown out of the league, I will stay here and return to the Premier League.”

On Friday, Manchester City was dealt another blow. Premier League clubs voted 16 to 4 in favor of the current championship rules regarding club sponsorship, so the "Citizens” will not escape this situation. They and their legal team will need to find new ways to avoid penalties for 115 violations.

If the accusations are confirmed, the "Man City” club could be relegated to the Championship.
