Hegelmann from Kaunas district defeated the Šiauliai club

In the 3rd round of the "TOPsport A League," the teams Kauno rajono "Hegelmann" and FA "Šiauliai" tested their strengths against each other. The team led by Andrius Skerla celebrated victory with a one-goal advantage, as the match ended with a score of 1:0 (0:0).

In the first half of the match, the fans did not witness many dangerous episodes. The only somewhat distinctive and sharper moment occurred near Gusto Baliutavičius's goal when Leo Ribeiro, after a raid near the penalty area, took a shot into the bottom left corner of the goal, but the goalkeeper managed to handle it.

After the break, the blue-and-whites launched a scoring attack once again – the ball shot by Nikola Džoričius found the net, with Esmilis Kaušinis providing the assist. Over time, Carlos Duke posed a dangerous attack but was not accurate. In the 58th minute, Augustinas Klimavičius could have equalized after a mistake by Arijus Bražinskas; however, the forward missed the empty net left by the goalkeeper.

In the 77th minute, Eligijus Jankauskas shot over the goal, and Nikita Komissarov's attempt was blocked. On the other side of the field, after a great pass from Patrick Popescu, Donatas Kazlauskas had a chance but hit the goalpost.

"Hegelmann" has secured its second victory in the "TOPsport A League" and has accumulated 6 points, while the Šiauliai team suffered its first defeat, having a total of 4 points.
