The productive 9th round match of the “TOPsport A League” was played in the Temporary Capital, where the team of “Hegelmann” from Kaunas district played a draw 2:2 (1:1) with “Banga” from Gargždai.

The guests took the lead in the 3rd minute, when Valdas Paulauskas scored a precise goal after a quick attack following Pijus Srėbalis's pass. Shortly after, the Gargždai team launched another attack, but P. Srėbalis failed to score from Cesinho's pass. Just a minute later, Klaudijus Upstas took a dangerous shot with his left foot, but the ball hit the goalpost.

In the 18th minute, Leo Ribeiro deceived several opponents and took a shot, the ball comfortably went past Domantas Antanavičius outside the penalty area, turning his attempt from afar into a goal.

In the 54th minute, after an excellent pass from Stevo King, N. Kaderas was able to score - he tried to chip the goalkeeper, which he did successfully, but Antonio Lara saved his team. In the next attack, Vilius Piliukaitis, deceiving several opponents, played dangerously, but his shot missed just wide of the goalpost.

In the 73rd minute, P. Popescu headed the lifted corner, but his shot was blocked on the goal line by Dovydas Norvilas.

The guests had a productive attack in the 76th minute - with plenty of space, Matas Ramanauskas scored a stunning long-range shot to put his team ahead. At the end of the match, P. Popescu took a dangerous penalty shot, but he missed slightly.

However, during the last attack, a fire broke out in the guests' penalty area, which could not be extinguished - the ball landed conveniently for Hugo Figueredo, whose shot was successful.

After the 9th round, Andrius Skerla's players are second with 15 points, while “Banga” has 11 points and occupies the 6th position.
