Hernandez who did not justify the hopes at West Ham will leave for Turkey

"West Ham" last summer had high hopes for 29-year-old Mexican national team striker Javier Hernandez, but injuries prevented the footballer from successfully fitting into the team.

"Goal.com" reported that J. Hernandez is already close to leaving "The Hammers". Istanbul's "Besiktas" reached an agreement with "West Ham" for a deal worth 8.5 million euros.

J. Hernandez arrived at "West Ham" for 18 million euros and signed a three-year contract. Initially, the Mexican was a strong starting lineup player, but after an injury, he later failed to break into the main eleven.

The Mexican managed to play 17 matches in the Premier League, but did not shine with goals - scoring only four accurate shots.
