On Friday late evening, the first matches of the 29th round of the German "Bundesliga" championship were played.
In third place, Berlin's "Hertha" team clashed at home with the absolute league underdog "Hannover" club. The team from the German capital did not show superiority and lost very important points.
In the 3rd minute, Vedad Ibisevic put "Hertha" ahead, but the opponents equalized in the 18th minute of the match. In the second half, after Manuel Schmiedebach's goal, the visitors managed to take the lead.
After a missed goal, "Hertha" attacks became sharper and in the 72nd minute, an equalizing goal was scored from the foot of Salomon Kalou. The hosts failed to score a winning goal in the remaining time and the match ended in a 2-2 draw.
"Hertha" remains in third place even after the draw, but Mönchengladbach's "Borussia" will have the opportunity to reduce the gap to a minimum from the opponents over the weekend.
