The coach of the England national team, Roy Hodgson, did not hide his joy and praised the country's security Theo Walcott after a dramatic victory over Sweden.
The 23-year-old footballer appeared on the field in the second half, but managed not only to score a goal but also to make an assist.
"Under these circumstances - coming onto the field after a substitution - scoring a great goal and making an assist is amazing," Hodgson said. "I believe in him. He is a high-level player. I am also very pleased with the performance of the two strikers."
And jokingly added: "I would be lying if I said I know the players as well as you (journalists) do. I have been working with them for only a month and I am still learning about their strengths, trying to find what to improve."
"Also, I am satisfied because in the last round we will have enough players. In matches like against Ukraine, returning Wayne Rooney can give a lot. If I didn't include him in the lineup, there would be a war in the dressing room."
