According to the England national team coach Roy Hodgson, Danny Welbeck has just arrived at the London "Arsenal" club.
The 23-year-old striker joined the ranks of the "Gunners" in the final hours of the transfer window, moving from "Manchester United" for 20 million euros.
The academy graduate of the "Red Devils" started only 15 "Premier League" matches last season and his chances were further reduced by the arrival of Radamel Falcao on loan.
Hodgson believes that Welbeck's move will allow him to play regularly and secure a place in the England national team.
"When you are a player of that caliber at a club like United, where there is so much competition, you don't play as much as you would like," Hodgson said before Wednesday's friendly match against Norway.
"He is moving to a team where he is expected to start more matches in the starting lineup and get more playing time. It is very difficult for players to play a small role at the club and then come out and play 90 minutes for the national team in a very tense atmosphere."
"So, I am happy for Danny and I think Arsenal has acquired a good player."
Hodgson did not want to interfere with advice on how Wenger should use Welbeck, but added that the regular playing time for the striker will make the national team coach's job easier.
"My job is with England and the players I select," he continued. "I don't want to give advice on what clubs should do with their players."
"Nevertheless, I cannot deny that the more players play and gain experience, especially in the Champions League, the easier it is for me to work with the national team."
