At the beginning of the winter transfer window, the first player was acquired by "Huddersfield Town", who was supplemented by "Monaco" defender Terence Kongolo. The Premier League newcomers rented the Dutchman until the end of the season.
He only joined the champions of "Ligue 1" last summer, but so far has not been able to integrate into the team due in part to a knee injury he suffered. After recovering from it, the 23-year-old footballer, valued at 15 million euros for the "Monegasques", will now seek success in England.
"Terence is a top-level player whom we have been watching since his time at Feyenoord," said coach David Wagner on the official Huddersfield website.
"His big move to Monaco at that time made him unreachable for us, but we are happy to be able to rent him now."
"He is a young central defender of high skill and will give us more options for the rest of the Premier League season. It was important for Michael Hefele and Jon Gorenc to have them back after long-term injuries."
"Terence has qualities that will really suit our style of play. He is athletic and mobile, playing aggressively both in defense and in ball control. I am excited to work with him this season."
Huddersfield currently occupies 11th place in the English championship.
