"Manchester City" managed to keep Germany's national team midfielder Ilkay Gundogan for a long time.
The English champions officially confirmed that they have signed a new contract, which will be valid until 2023. The German has been defending the honor of "City" since 2016.
The previous contract was set to expire next summer, so "Man City" immediately began negotiations for further cooperation after the end of the season.
