Former famous English national team player Ian Wright is happy that Liverpool has such a superstar as Mohamed Salah in their ranks, but admits that the "Reds" could face the same scenario as with Philippe Coutinho.
The Egyptian, who arrived at Liverpool for 35 million pounds last summer, is currently the second top scorer in all of Europe with 36 goals already, attracting attention from all the big European clubs.
"I have a terrible feeling that Liverpool will sooner or later have the same situation as with Coutinho," said Ian Wright. "We saw how the whole story ended - the Brazilian went to Barcelona for 145 million euros."
"I don't doubt that Mo Salah can demonstrate such results next year - it's obvious. The main question is whether he wants to continue wearing the 'Reds' jersey or if he wants to move to Real."
"I have no doubt that Real will reconstruct their squad in the near future, and Salah will clearly be their main target. Although Liverpool will do everything to keep this player in their ranks, it will be a challenge for them to win this battle," added the former footballer.
