The Lithuanian vice-champions scored with precise shots from Ana Cheminava, Maya Musaskaya, Gifty Assifuah, and Joy Bokiri.

The match with the Estonian vice-champions started very poorly for the Žalgiris team. In just 2 minutes, the ball ended up in the net of Meda Šeškutė after a precise header by a visiting player, and a few minutes later the "Sporting" players launched a quick counter-attack and scored the second goal.

It seemed like a repeat of last year's clash with the "Sporting" team was looming for Žalgiris, when the hosts in Estonia beat MFA "Žalgiris"-MRU team 5:1. However, after recovering from a shock, the hosts gradually took control, and in the 24th minute, A. Cheminava equalized with an impressive shot from an acute angle.

In the first half of the match, both teams had opportunities to score, with G. Assifuah coming closest to scoring with a powerful shot that shook the visitors' goalpost in the last minutes of the first half.

In the second half, the game was mainly played in one direction. In the 49th minute, M. Musaskaya scored with a long-range shot from the right flank that caught the unsuspecting goalkeeper and leveled the score to 2:2. In the 55th minute, G. Assifuah finished a beautiful combination by Žalgiris with a precise header, putting MFA "Žalgiris"-MRU team in the lead - 3:2.

In the 68th minute, Ugnė Slankauskaitė fouled in her penalty area, but Meda Šeškutė blocked the penalty and prevented the opponents from equalizing. On the counterattack after the corner kick, MFA "Žalgiris"-MRU newcomer Joy Bokiri scored the fourth goal with a penalty kick. After this goal, the game of Saku "Sporting" completely fell apart, and the Žalgiris players confidently controlled the ball until the final whistle, celebrating the victory.
