On Wednesday evening in Chechnya, it was possible to see the brightest football stars in the world.
During the opening celebration of the renovated stadium, Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov assembled a team that played against a squad made up of past famous players from the world. Among them were Diego Maradona, Luis Figo, Franco Baresi, Robbie Fowler, Steven McManaman, and Fabien Barthez.
Despite the famous names, Kadyrov's team secured a 5-2 victory in front of 30,000 spectators.
