London's "Chelsea" club said goodbye to another long-time employee. On Wednesday morning, the "aristocrats" announced parting ways with Marina Granovskaja. The Russian has recently held the position of sports director at the club, and has been working at the club since 2003, when Roman Abramovich took over the club. In 2014, when M. Granovskaja was promoted to the position of chief executive, "The Times" newspaper called her the most influential woman in football. Her purchases in the transfer market have greatly contributed to Chelsea's triumph in the 2021 Champions League. This summer, the club in London will temporarily be taken over by new owner Todd Boehly. Chelsea Football Club has today announced a series of appointments to its Board of Directors and other leadership changes.
