On Friday night, in the late evening, in the first match of the 29th round of the Italian "Serie A" championship, the teams of "Brescia" and Milan "Inter" drew 1-1.
The students of Leonardo, playing as guests, were the first to break the deadlock when Samuel Eto'o sent the ball into the hosts' net in the 18th minute of the match.
In the 85th minute, Andrea Caracciolo equalized the match, but that was not the end - in the last minute of regular time, the referee awarded a penalty kick to the Milan team for a questionable foul by Ivano Cordoba in the penalty area, and also sent off the experienced defender from the field.
However, standing at the 11-meter mark, Caracciolo himself failed to outwit Julio Cesar, and the score remained unchanged.
"Inter" now sits in second place in the Italian national championship standings, while "Brescia" occupies the nineteenth position.
