Today there were two more matches in the English championship. The first one took place between Liverpool's "Everton" and "Sunderland" at Goodison Park stadium.
The fans gathered at the stadium witnessed a great game, which was particularly pleasant for the home team fans, as the hosts scored six goals against their opponents.
In the beginning, Gerard Deulofeu and Arouna Kone scored in the 19th and 31st minutes, but Jermain Defoe managed to equalize before the break. In the second half, Steven Fletcher restored the balance after five minutes, and it seemed like "Sunderland" was back in the game.
However, just five minutes later, Sebastian Coates scored an own goal, and the "Toffees" took control of the ball possession. Shortly after, Romelu Lukaku and Kone added another goal each, making the score stunningly 6-2. Kone completed his hat-trick in the 76th minute, and the scoreline remained the same until the end of the match.
"Everton" moved up to the ninth place, while "Sunderland" remains in the relegation zone.
In the later match, league newcomer "Bournemouth" was defeated by "Southampton". Ronald Koeman's team took the lead in the first half when Steven Davis scored after a pass from Ryan Bertrand.
The "Saints" soon doubled their lead with a goal from striker Graziano Pelle.
Although no more goals were scored, "Southampton" maintained control until the end of the match, despite Victor Wanyama receiving a second yellow card in the 78th minute.
At the moment, the winners are in seventh place, while the "Bournemouth" club is balancing on the verge of relegation.
