On Sunday, the second FA Cup semifinal was played, after which it was revealed that the tournament final will be a London derby. The London "Arsenal" team, who secured their place in the final yesterday, was joined by the London "Chelsea" team on Sunday, who confidently beat "Manchester United" with a score of 3:1. The "Blues" were the better team throughout the match, but for a long time they couldn't turn their advantage into goals. At the end of the first half, an unpleasant incident occurred - two "Man Utd" defenders, Harry Maguire and Eric Bailly, collided with each other. The latter seemed to have suffered a serious head injury, and medical staff worked on the player for nearly 10 minutes, so the first half lasted almost an hour. In the added first-half minute, "Chelsea" finally scored a goal when Olivier Giroud sent the ball into the net. The second half started poorly for "Man Utd" - in the 47th minute, David de Gea played uncertainly, and Mason Mount doubled "Chelsea's" advantage. In the 74th minute, "The Red Devils" missed their chance to fight for victory as Harry Maguire scored an own goal. In the 85th minute, Bruno Fernandes scored a consolation goal from the penalty spot. The FA Cup final will take place on August 1.
