On Sunday evening, the central 18th round matches of the English Premier League took place. In London, Tottenham played a 2-2 draw with Liverpool at home. In the first half, both teams played open football and had several chances to score, but only managed to score one goal each in the first 45 minutes. In the 13th minute, Harry Kane put the hosts ahead, but Diogo Jota equalized for Liverpool in the 35th minute. In the 70th minute, Liverpool took the lead when Andy Robertson scored. Tottenham quickly equalized just four minutes later through Heung-Min Son. Liverpool had to finish the match with ten men as A. Robertson was sent off for a second yellow card in the 77th minute. Both teams had chances to secure the victory towards the end of the match, but the final whistle confirmed the draw.
