In the German Bundesliga championship, Dortmund's Borussia continues to struggle. BVB played a 1:1 draw at home with Mainz.

It was already the 4th consecutive unsuccessful match for the yellow and black team in the German championship.

In the 29th minute, Julian Brandt put the hosts ahead. However, towards the end of the half, in the 43rd minute, defender Sepp van den Berg from the Netherlands equalized.

After these draws, Borussia is currently in fifth place in the standings.
