In May, the career of the legend of the Milan club "Inter" Javier Zanetti came to an end. The Argentine defended the colors of "Nerazzurri" for 19 years.

In his honor, the team decided that from now on footballers will not be allowed to choose jerseys marked with the number 4, which J. Zanetti also wore.

The club's president Erick Thohir also announced that the 40-year-old Argentine will take on the role of vice president of the Milan team for the next two years.

Representing "Inter" club, J. Zanetti has played in more than 850 matches and won 16 trophies with the team. The Argentine made his debut with the team on August 27, 1995.
