Francesco Acerbi put the visitors ahead in the 17th minute. Gianluca Mancini equalized in the 28th minute. Stephan El Shaarawy then put Roma ahead in the 44th minute.
In the 49th minute, Marcus Thuram equalized for "Inter," and 7 minutes later Angelino scored an own goal. Alessandro Bastoni secured the victory for "Nerazzurri" in the 90+3 minute.
