On Tuesday, the 16th round of matches was played in the Italian "Serie A" championship.
"Genoa" hosted "Atalanta" at home. The team from Genoa took the lead first but conceded two goals and had to accept defeat.
In the 4th minute, "Genoa" took the lead with a goal from Andrea Bertolacci. The hosts successfully maintained their advantage for almost the entire first half, but at the end of the half, they were punished by the opponents - Josip Ilićić leveled the score.
In the second half, "Atalanta" was not willing to give up the chance to fight for the victory and in the 52nd minute, they scored the winning goal. Andrea Masiello scored a precise shot into the opponent's goal after a pass from J. Ilićić.
After the victory, "Atalanta" moved up to the 8th position, while the "Genoa" team, which suffered their ninth defeat of the season, dropped to 16th place.
