Xavi has already agreed on a new contract with "Barcelona", but the negotiations were interesting and not easy.
Reliable journalist from Catalonia Fernando Polo revealed that during the negotiations Xavi asked the "Barcelona" management to increase the salaries for the whole coaching staff.
However, the Catalan club had a clear answer.
The club management said that part of the increased Xavi's salary should also go to his assistant team, says "Mundo Deportivo" journalist F. Polo.
It is worth mentioning that "Barcelona" has still not registered a new head coach's contract due to financial difficulties. This should happen in the near future.
