On Monday, the top Scottish football league clubs decided that it was pointless to extend the season and it was terminated. It was decided that the final league table would be determined by the average points collected per game. This did not have a significant impact on deciding the fate of the champions, as the "Celtic" club had a solid advantage before the season was suspended and became the country's champion for the 51st time. In second place was Steven Gerrard's "Rangers" team, and the "Motherwell" footballers will celebrate with bronze medals. The Lithuanian national team defender represented by Vykintas Slivka's "Hibernian" team finished 7th in the final table. Next season, the well-known Edinburgh team "Hearts", which finished last, will have to compete in the second Scottish division. The lower Scottish football leagues decided to terminate the season back in April.
