On Wednesday, Barcelona's footballers won a victory with a minimal result of 1-0 in the IV round of the "LIGA BBVA" championship in Spain.
The Catalans defeated Chichon's "Sporting" eleven in front of their own audience and secured the third place on the tournament table.
Last year's champions are ahead of Madrid's "Real" and "Valencia" teams by one point.
The latter played a 1-1 draw at the "Mestalla" stadium with Madrid's "Atletico" club. Lithuanian Marius Stankevičius was not registered for the match.
