On Thursday, two more matches of the 17th round were played in the Spanish "La Liga" championship.
In the first match, "Eibar" hosted "Girona" at home. Demonstrating great athletic form, the "Eibar" players confidently defeated the visitors with a score of 4-1.
"Eibar" quickly scored two goals at the beginning of the match, but the opponents reduced the difference in the 26th minute. However, in the second half, the hosts once again proved their superiority - scoring two more goals and securing their second consecutive victory.
After the victory, "Eibar" rises to the seventh position, while "Girona" falls to the middle of the league table.
In the other match, the only goal by Munir El Haddadi determined "Alaves" victory against "Malaga", who must accept their penultimate position.
