In Spain - yet another triumphant goal by S. Ramos, "Barca" suffers a loss in La Coruna (VIDEO)

On Sunday, four more matches of the 27th round of La Liga in Spain were played. Deportivo hosted a sensational match against Barcelona in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday. Luis Enrique's team once again failed to save the game, and the mid-table team celebrated a 2-1 victory. From the beginning of the match, Deportivo showed that they were not prepared to be humiliated at their own stadium like Paris Saint-Germain experienced on Wednesday. The match was a fierce battle - Barcelona had more possession, but Deportivo threatened with quick attacks multiple times, putting pressure on Marc-Andre ter Stegen's goal. The first goal came in the 40th minute, when striker Joselu scored for the home team after a penalty confusion. However, the second half began poorly for the La Coruna team - Luis Suarez equalized in the 46th minute, and Barcelona gained confidence. Even so, Deportivo was not ready to surrender easily and in the 74th minute, the hosts regained the lead when Alex Bergantinos scored with a header after a corner kick. Throughout the rest of the match, Barcelona tried to score, but it was Deportivo who could have scored two or three more goals in the final minutes with dangerous counter-attacks. In other matches, Real Sociedad lost at home to Athletic Bilbao, and Villarreal narrowly defeated Celta Vigo. In the last match of the evening, Real Madrid welcomed Real Betis. After a tough battle and heroic performance from Sergio Ramos, the "White" team celebrated a 2-1 victory. In the 25th minute, the visitors from Andalusia scored a surprising goal - Keylor Navas failed to catch the ball properly and scored an own goal. However, in the 41st minute, Cristiano Ronaldo managed to equalize with a header after a great pass from Marcelo. In the second half, Real pressed their opponents, and the winning goal was scored in the 81st minute by Sergio Ramos with a header after a corner kick. It was his 10th goal this season. In the final added minute, Real Betis could have equalized, but Navas made a fantastic save. After Barcelona's defeat, Real regained the top spot and now have a two-point lead. Additionally, the Madrid team has played one less match. Results: Deportivo 2 - 1 Barcelona 40' [1 - 0] Joselu 46' [1 - 1] L. Suarez 74' [2 - 1] A.
