The North London derby between "Arsenal" and "Tottenham" once again did not disappoint.

The two strongest teams in London this season shared the points - 2:2.

At the beginning of the match, the initiative was in the hands of the "Arsenal" players. In the 26th minute, Cristian Romero scored an own goal after a corner kick.

At the end of the first half, "Tottenham" started to show signs of recovery, and soon Heung-min Son equalized the score after a pass from Maddison.

After the break, the "Gunners" did not decrease the pace, but C. Romero became unfortunate again. The center-back handled the ball in the penalty area, and Bukayo Saka successfully converted the awarded penalty kick.

The celebration for "Arsenal" did not last long - after the goal, Jorginho made a mistake, and the duo of Maddison and Son was accurate once again, this time in the 55th minute of the match - 2:2.

Both teams had several opportunities during the remaining time of the match, but no more goals were scored. It is worth noting that the "Gunners" lost their newcomer Brennan Johnson, who felt pain in his ankle. Meanwhile, James Maddison fell unsuccessfully to the ground and grabbed his knee, but he played for a few more minutes, so most likely he did not suffer a serious injury.

The match was not without controversies - 7 yellow cards were shown, and some actions were close to stricter penalties.

After 6 rounds, both teams have 14 points each.
