On Friday evening in Naples, the leaders of Serie A - the local teams Napoli and Juventus - met.
The meeting ended with a somewhat unexpected result - 5:1 in favor of Napoli.
In the 14th minute, Luciano Spaletti's wards surged ahead after Victor Osimhen's goal. In the 39th minute, Kvicha Kvaratskhelia doubled the score.
Before the break, Angel Di Maria narrowed the score to 2:1.
In the second half, Napoli demonstrated even more impressive football. In the 55th minute, Amiras Rrahmani scored after a corner, Osimhen scored a great header goal in 10 minutes, and Eljif Elmas secured the win in the 72nd minute.
After this victory, Napoli's lead over Juventus at the top of the standings is a whopping 10 points.
