At the Kaunas Education and Sports Center stadium in June, the LVJUFA I league superfinals will be held for the first time to advance to higher divisions.

In 2021, the renovated stadium (Sporto alėja 4) will host five superfinal matches, which will take place on June 8 and 9. Teams from the South-Eastern regions and North-Western regions will meet in Kaunas, having earned the right to play in the superfinal.

Prior to that, on June 5, at this stadium, the U16 division match between the winners of the South and East groups will take place for a spot in the superfinal.

The regular season of the championship will end on June 2, after which the participants of the superfinal matches will be clarified.
