In the Champions League - a flood of injuries and disqualifications

This week football fans will continue to enjoy the return leg matches of the Champions League. However, there will be a number of notable absences among the teams.

London's "Arsenal" will have to do without the injured Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Jack Wilshere, Mathieu Debuchy, and Gabriel.

"Monaco" fans will not see Lacina Traore on the field, and there are doubts about Jeremy Toulalan, Geoffrey Kondogbia, and Yannick Ferreira-Carrasco.

Atletico Madrid and Bayer Leverkusen will be missing the Spanish defender Saul Niguez, while defenders Diego Godin and Tiago are suspended.

Meanwhile, the visitors will be without injured Roberto Hilbert, Robbie Kruse, and the chances of Lars Bender and Emir Spahic are uncertain.

In the intriguing duel between "Barcelona" and "Man City", veteran midfielder Sergio Busquets will be absent for the Catalan club, as well as Thomas Vermaelen and Martin Montoya.

In the match between Dortmund's "Borussia" and Turin's "Juventus", doubts remain about the presence of the visitors' coach Andrea Pirlo, although the veteran has travelled to Germany.

In the team trying to avoid relegation from the Bundesliga, Kevin Grosskreutz, Erik Durm, and Nuri Sahin will be absent. The chances of injured Mathias Ginter and Lukasz Piszczek are also unclear.
