On Monday evening, the last matches of the 31st round of the Spanish "Primera" league were played.
At the "Mestalla" stadium, two Valencia teams clashed - "Valencia" against "Levante". In the city derby, the advantage was proven and the victory with a score of 3-0 was achieved by the "Bats".
The first goal for "Valencia" was scored by Paco Alcacer, after a precise pass from Dani Parejo. The second goal into the opponent's net came in the 36th minute, when Sofiane Feghouli scored for the first time in the match.
In the second half, the advantage of the "Bats" was evident, but they secured the final point during extra time. Substitute Alvaro Negredo defeated the opponents' goalkeeper and ensured his team's victory.
After the victory, "Valencia", currently in fourth place, reduced the gap with Madrid's "Atletico" players to just one point. "Sevilla" is still actively fighting for a spot in the UEFA Champions League, with 62 points.
