The head coach Sir Alex Ferguson is planning to strengthen the new English champions with three new footballers this summer.

The Scot has already admitted to thinking about the next season and intending to work hard together with the club's executives, rather than resting on their laurels.

"We want and intend to acquire three new players, whom the executive director David Gill already knows," A.Ferguson said.

"Everyone knows very well that there is huge competition for the best players in the transfer market, which costs a lot of money, so we need to wait and see how everything unfolds."

The specialist believes that "Man Utd" won't have trouble luring new players to come to England, but they do not intend to reveal specific names to avoid unnecessary speculation and other clubs artificially raising prices.

"Man Utd" has always been an attractive choice for a footballer," the strategist continued.

"After all, 76 thousand spectators watch us in the stadium every week. Plus, we are a famous and well-known club worldwide.

"It's not a matter of enticing players. The real battle happens when a club offers 27 million pounds sterling for a player like Michael Essien. Then they can outbid anyone.

"We are interested in and talking to our candidates as quietly as possible so that we can do everything quickly and without much fuss. It's not easy, but we are doing everything possible to achieve this goal."

It is worth reminding that the most realistic candidate mentioned in the media to join "Man Utd" this summer is the current Munich and England national team midfielder Owen Hargreaves.
