On Wednesday, in a match of the English championship, the leader of London's "Tottenham" Gareth Bale scored a curious own goal.
With the capital team leading 2-0, Aaron Lennon tried to clear the ball from the goal line, but accidentally hit Bale in the face standing next to him, allowing the opponents to reduce the lead.
However, the mistake did not prevent them from winning - "Tottenham" won 2-1, and Bale had earlier doubled the lead with a great penalty kick.
