Former "Manchester United" and England national team defender Rio Ferdinand's wife Rebecca Ellison died from breast cancer.
Currently playing for London's "Queens Park Rangers," the 36-year-old defender said goodbye to his wife on Friday evening.
R. Ellison was 34. She passed away at the Royal Marsden Hospital in London.
R. Ferdinand and R. Ellison got married in 2009. Three children are left without a mother: nine-year-old Lorenz, six-year-old Tate, and four-year-old Tia.
