On Saturday, the sixth round of the English Premier League started. The round was opened by the Liverpool derby between the teams "Everton" and "Liverpool", which ended in a 0:0 draw. Both teams had opportunities in the first half, but the goalposts saved each team from conceding. In the second half, "Liverpool" took the initiative more firmly, while the "Everton" team was saved on numerous occasions by Jordan Pickford's outstanding performance. The ball ended up in "Liverpool" net during the second half, but Conor Coady's goal was disallowed after a VAR review for offside. At the end of the match, Liverpool's Mohamed Salah could have sealed the victory for the visitors, but his shot hit the goalpost and the match ended in a draw.
