In Sunday's match, the country champion "Kaunas" narrowed the gap from "Ekranas" to a minimum with a convincing victory over "Šilutė"; the season's underdog "Sūduva" earned their seventh point by playing a draw away against "Vėtra", while "Atlantas" surprisingly easily won a duel in Vilnius against their neighboring team.
