Anglian League Cup semi-finalists will be able to make up to five substitutions during the match. So far, just like in the Premier League, only three substitutions per game were allowed. EFL announced on Monday a statement confirming the changes to the revised match schedule. In the first Carabao Cup semi-final match at London Tottenham's home, they will face the Brentford team, with the match taking place on Tuesday evening. The other semi-final match is scheduled for Wednesday, where Manchester United will host Manchester City at home. The Carabao Cup final will take place in April and it is expected that at least a limited number of fans will be allowed into Wembley Stadium.
