In the King's Cup semi-final - "Barcelona" victory over "Villarreal" (VIDEO)

On Wednesday, the semi-finals of the King's Cup tournament started in Spain. The first match took place at the "Camp Nou" stadium, where "Barcelona" supported by their fans clashed with the footballers of "Villarreal". The team led by Luis Enrique surpassed the "submarine" with a score of 3-1 in the first leg of the semi-finals. The first goal had to wait until the 41st minute when the Catalans broke through when Luis Suarez made an excellent pass to Lionel Messi. The Argentine defeated the opponents' goalkeeper with a single touch. The second half started off very successfully for the opponents from Villarreal. In the 48th minute, a wonderful shot from about 25 meters left no chance for Manuel Tigueros against Marc-Andre Ter Stegen. However, the "Villarreal" club did not enjoy a leveled score for long and just a minute later, Andreas Iniesta, playing nicely with L.Suarez, restored the balance. In the 64th minute, Gerard Pique solidified the victory with a header after a corner. In the 71st minute, Neymar could have sealed the result, but the Brazilian missed the 11-meter penalty. The second leg between these teams will take place on March 4th.
