In the second half, dominated by "Man City", "Arsenal" crushed (VIDEO)

On Sunday, the 17th round of matches continued in the English Premier League, with three more matches played.

At the Etihad Stadium, two teams who love to control the ball - Manchester City against Arsenal from London - clashed swords. Arsene Wenger's disciples broke through first, but the "City" team turned the game around in the second half and celebrated a victory with a score of 2-1.

Both teams split the halves - Arsenal dominated and looked better in the first, while City were much more solid in the second.

A quick goal was scored in the match. In the 5th minute, Arsenal players quickly launched a lightning attack from their penalty area and after a great pass from Alexis Sanchez, Theo Walcott scored against Claudio Bravo.

Manchester City tried to equalize and had a great opportunity with Raheem Sterling, but the Englishman couldn't direct the ball accurately with his head. The "Gunners" dominated in creating opportunities, especially active was A. Sanchez.

However, Pep Guardiola managed to sort out the game in his dugout and give specific instructions to his players - City were much more aggressive from the start of the second half.

In the 47th minute, an equalizing goal was scored when Leroy Sane redirected the ball into the opponent's net after a cunning pass from David Silva. This was the first goal for the German in the Manchester City ranks.

The hosts didn't stop attacking after the quick equalizer and continued to dominate possession. Kevin De Bruyne and R. Sterling also had chances.

In the 71st minute, Manchester's eleven finally reached the decisive goal. Sterling deceived Nacho Monreal and Laurent Koscielny and with a precise shot forced Petr Cech to take the ball from the net again, who saved the "Gunners" several times in the second half.

Throughout the remaining time, the Arsenal players failed to create anything very dangerous and P. Guardiola's coached team celebrated a 2-1 victory.

For the Arsenal team, this was the second consecutive failure, and after it, the North London team dropped to fourth place. With 36 points, Man City temporarily rose to second place.
