On February 4, the matches of the third round were played, after which the teams' positions in the regional groups were revealed.
The clash between "Vilkija" and "Marijampolė City" teams ended in a battle in the South-East group. The match in Garliava ended with a score of 4:2 in favor of Vilkija, securing the second place.
Within 41 minutes, the teams exchanged two goals each - Gabija Malakauskaitė and Grecia Inmaculada Lavieri Torres scored for Vilkija, while Ieva Žakelytė and Auksė Eidukaitytė scored for Marijampolė City. At the end of the meeting, goals by Evelina Šverbavičiūtė and Gabija Diškevičiūtė ensured the hosts' victory.
In the North-West group, the leader FA "Šiauliai"-ŠSG demonstrated its advantage against "Banga", taking a victory with a score of 5:1 in Gargždai. Vestina Neverdauskaitė scored two goals, while Simona Petravičienė, Paulina Potapova, and Livija Toropovaitė scored once each. Donata Švarcaitė scored the honor goal for Gargždai.
In the Panevėžys city derby, FK "Ekranas" triumphed with a score of 5:1. Dominyka Misiūnaitė put FA "Panevėžys"-PRSSG team ahead in the 16th minute, but from the 21st minute onwards, only the opponents scored goals. Vesta Ilgūnaitė scored a hat-trick, with Vismantė Čereškaitė and Rita Oksaitė each scoring once.
