Cristiano Ronaldo speaks optimistically and calms down the fans who were worried about his recent injury. The 34-year-old forward got injured during the 2020 European Championship qualifying match between Portugal and Serbia.
The match ended in a 1-1 draw on Monday.
C.Ronaldo suffered the injury in the 30th minute while running quickly towards the ball. As soon as he felt pain, the Portuguese player left the field and requested a substitution.
Soon after, team doctors rushed to him to examine the injury to his right thigh.
The Portuguese national team doctors stated that tests were being done on C.Ronaldo, but the star from Turin's "Juventus" emphasized that he is not worried about the injury.
"I know my body. I should be back in a week or two," Cristiano Ronaldo told the Portuguese media.
