Italian champions Milan announced that they would like to re-acquire Argentine national team forward Hernan Crespo. The "Rossoneri" player does not hide his desire to return to Italy and "Inter" has acknowledged that they want to bring back the former forward to "San Siro".

"At the moment, I cannot say anything, but there is still a lot of time left until the players' transfer market closes, including for H. Crespo," said Inter director Marco Branca.

In 2003, the Argentinian moved from "Inter" to "Chelsea" for £16.8 million (€25 million) and scored 25 goals in 47 "Premier League" matches. However, while on loan to "Milan" in May, he revealed his desire to return to Italy.

"Due to my family, I want to return to Italy. Regardless, I can say that I fit in well with the 'Chelsea' team, the team, the people and coach Jose Mourinho were fantastic," said the Argentinian.

Inter is not only interested in South Americans. Their plans also include two "Juventus" forwards - Zlatan Ibrahimovic and David Trezeguet, as well as "Fiorentina's" top scorer Luca Toni.
